Affirm Software Group - Statement on COVID-19
The Affirm Software Group is committed to navigating the enormous challenges we are all facing in our business and personal lives. The health and wellbeing of our people, clients, contacts and the community remains our primary concern. This is why we have enacted our business contingency plan of working remotely
Over the years we have transitioned all of our computing services to Amazon Web Services (AWS), enabling our technical team to monitor/manage/support and configure our HR technology solutions from their homes, securely and efficiently. In conjunction with this we have introduced our online support system, Freshdesk, reducing the reliance of telephone calls to request support services. Whilst we never envisaged the current global crisis that we are now experiencing, we are proud that our entire team, some of whom are based overseas, are now utilising this remote ‘work from home’ technology, to continue offering great service to our valued clients. None of our Service standards will alter as we remain committed to supporting you through this difficult time.
Despite our physical offices being closed, it is “business as usual” in terms of our team being able to continue serving our clients’ needs. Over recent weeks we have completed comprehensive testing of our business processes and systems to suitably prepare to assist our clients. All staff are well-equipped with the technology and processes to continue to assist you as per usual.
Our remote working arrangement will be in place for the foreseeable future, however, we will continue to review this in accordance with guidelines provided by government and health authorities. We will also deliver regular updates via email to keep you up to date with the latest information.
On a more positive note, our development team is working on some great new features that I’m sure our customers will love that will be announced over the coming weeks, as well as some new business partnerships that will enable Affirm Software to offer extended services.
While our methods may be different during this time, we remain absolutely committed to maintaining an excellent level of client care and service. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate this challenging situation.
