A State Government Department urgently needed a solution to manage their casual overtime and travel expense claim forms, used multiple times daily by their 1,600 employees.

Processing thousands of forms manually every month was time consuming, prone to errors and becoming unmanageable.


The Department implemented Revolve interactive eForms to efficiently process hundreds of HR forms electronically each month.

Employees login to the system via their intranet and the interactive eForms portal provides them with a fully branded interface for a seamless user experience.

Upon creation of a new form, fields are pre-populated with known data. The system includes validation to ensure fields are completed accurately and business rules to display relevant forms fields on the screen. The form is then automatically sent to their relevant Manager for approval.

Affirm's interactive eForms solution supports customized notifications to employees and Managers so that users are kept informed of the progress of an interactive eForm/claim.

Completed forms data is exported to the Government Department's HR/Payroll system for further processing.
