Richard Power Chairman Richard has a background in Finance of over 30 years. Over the past 20 years, Richard was CEO and Executive Chairman of Focus Capital Group Limited. Richard developed the business into a multi million dollar premier Vendor Finance operation in Australasia, providing services to major banking institutions along with leading vendors such as Apple, Ericsson, Toshiba and Kodak. In 2004 the business was sold to a banking consortium with Richard continuing until recently in the capacity of Director.

Bryan Ericson CEO Bryan Ericson accepted the role of CEO of Affirm Software Group in October 2010 after providing consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Sales and Business Development. Bryan brings a vast depth of Senior Management experience, particularly in International Financial Services, with roles at Citibank's Asia Pacific regional office in Singapore and Diners Club International. Bryan was also CEO of Diners Club Australia for 4 years from 1999 through 2003.

Prior to Bryan's International senior management appointments, he held various management roles within the Information Technology industry through the 80's and 90's including many Senior Operational appointments.
